A $450.000 COP deposit is required, 15 days prior to the start of the workshop to hold your place in class. This is a non-refundable deposit. If the student needs to cancel, he/she must call Vivian directly, seven days in advance of the class. With this seven day notification of cancellation, the deposit may be applied to a future class or to healing sessions. A shorter notification will result in forfeiture of this deposit.

Five business days before the class starts, students must pay the $450.000 COP balance.

The tuition must be paid in its entirety to attend the class.

Certification

In order to obtain their certification as Reiki I & II Practitioner, under the Usui Shiki Ryoho Tradition,
students are required to attend the three complete days of the workshop, receive the attunements
and demonstrate understanding of the content, techniques and symbols for these two levels.

Structure

Reiki is more than just the attunements or a set of hand positions. It is one of the gates in your journey to personal and spiritual expansion. To properly absorb the techniques, Vivian teaches Reiki 1 & 2 over two consecutive weekends as follows:

  • The first weekend: Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to (approximately) 4 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break and a few short breaks.
  • The following weekend: all day Saturday and, if necessary, 2 to 4 extra hours on Sunday. This extra time allows students to have enough time to go through and practice all the techniques necessary for a Reiki level II Practitioner.
  • The class always begins promptly at 9 a.m. Students must commit to arriving 15 minutes before class.
